Suitability for touring: If you have any specific medical condition, fractures, back or neck problems it is not advisable to take the tour.If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or have other serious health conditions, it is not recommended to ride the Seabreacher. Passengers must be able to safely board and de-board the watercraft in the tight confines of the cockpit. Those of average height and weight will be most comfortable.Intoxication: Any passenger appearing intoxicated or under the influence of any substance will be advised to reschedule. The operators will retain the right to make the assessment of proper suitability of all passengers for safety reasons.
